Disabled would fit into DEI policies, right? Gay? Trans? Are you saying that they’re all people that are/were represented by DEI policies their own race of people? Or are PAnddisabled? And I wasn’t being ironically racist at all

Here’s what Wikipedia says about DEI: organizational frameworks which seek to promote the fair treatment and full participation of all people, particularly groups who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination on the basis of identity or disability.

Diversity refers to the presence of variety within the organizational workforce, such as in identity and identity politics. It includes gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, age, culture, class, religion, or opinion.

Equity refers to concepts of fairness and justice, such as fair compensation and substantive equality. More specifically, equity usually also includes a focus on societal disparities and allocating resources and “decision making authority to groups that have historically been disadvantaged”, and taking “into consideration a person’s unique circumstances, adjusting treatment accordingly so that the end result is equal.”

inclusion refers to creating an organizational culture that creates an experience where “all employees feel their voices will be heard” and a sense of belonging and integration.

To focus solely on race within the DEI argument is useless because there are other peoples included in those programs. So you can keep saying my statement is racist because you aren’t looking at the big picture. And why aren’t you calling the meme out for being “ironically racist”?

IMO it has to do with people needing validation online. The more people that agree with them, the more they think that their way of thinking is right and just. They then shift to communities and people that don’t point out the fallacies in their views which is colloquially called an “echochamber”. Then it just snowballs into this sort of subculture or tribe that foams at the mouth any time someone comes along with a different opinion which creates overly dramatic situations like this that would never occur in the real world, but people like to put their internet armor on and draw their ego swords thinking their entire way of life is being threatened because someone says something like “Why are you so agressive to these other people?”

I understand it to a degree. There are radical Muslims who do not do great things to gay people, but the majority of civilians who reside or resided there previously have not given evidence of any wrongdoing of that nature, but are getting blown up anyway. And blasted on the internet as dangerous Muslims

My favorite is RF filters on the C band (also known as bandpass filters). I prefer the 3.4 bandpass filters to ensure anything below that doesn’t make my teeth hurt. I hear the constant whine from the frequency and it causes a sensory overload. I can’t properly hear or understand what people are saying because of the constant whine really fills my hearing and that’s all I can focus on. If you’ve ever tried to have a conversation while someone scrapes nails on chalkboard, that’s what it’s like
