On the one hand, downtown is kind of still a grocery desert since IGA and HMart are still gone. So it sucks that PCC is leaving.
On the other hand, if they were relying on worker foot traffic paying for their overpriced hot bar to turn a profit, that was always a losing proposition. Not sure why they went through with opening when downtown office space vacancies were still at ~30%.
