This data is from Flock themselves. The paper behind how this was obtained can be found here. At a glance, seems to roughly line up with OpenStreetMap’s catalogue of them (albeit I’ve seen at least one OSM doesn’t cover yet but this new map does; this one is likely quite new, as OSM contributors are pretty good at keeping up).
Why YSK: Flock is late-stage capitalist trash enabling a surveillance state for an increasingly fascist government. For as long as this abomination exists, you should be able to know at all times exactly where your Fourth Amendment rights are being stolen from you.
