it worked for me until i moved to Germany. If i get more shit done, i just get more shit to do and the expectations rise without the salaries rising to match, then i have a break down and lash out one year later in one of the meetings to everyone’s suprise and feel like an asshole.

I also learned the hard way that it it reckless and irresponsible to give anything but the bare minimum.
