Magic Stone Gourmet: Eating Magical Power Made Me the Strongest Volume 1 & 2 - Entirely average across the board and the second volume has some especially strange power creep jump that left me wondering what the author was thinking. It goes from fighting a small-time thug here and there to fighting a legendary calamity monster that destroys entire landmasses. No build-up whatsoever. - 5/10 pebble licking MCs.

Now imagine that the fetishes were torture and rape of little kids, and you get this book. The only good thing I can say about it is that the group of mercenaries the books are following aren’t your typical goody-two-shoes characters.
