It means it’s not hard to say “I’m sorry, I disagree with adding support for that feature” or “here’s a tutorial for [skill issue]” instead of saying “no, you’re wrong, what you reported is not a problem”. When you mention editing the CONTRIBUTING.md you’re not offering help, you’re just setting up a punchline for an “[but even that wouldn’t help this IDIOT]”. There’s no sincerity, no sympathy or attempt to understand.
