I’ve considered it, but that’s what everyone would do. too boring. if I did do it I would add a speaker and vibration motor in the base so I can make it sound like it’s still beating

you can easily start diy anywhere in the world right now as long as you can get your hands on some crypto (the only good use for crypto). there are many resources on how to safely do DIY hrt, which sellers are safe and that pros and cons of different medications. the risks or diy are vastly overstated. depending on what doctor you would get when going the official route it could even be safer (I’ve heard many stories about horrible doctors, and experienced them myself too).
