4·2 years agoI just keep in mind that the work problem will still be there when I return, and I should try to enjoy the moment, because the vacation will be over and I won’t get that time back.
If you experience death or a loss, make sure to take the time to mourn them properly.
Suppression or distractions from your feelings leaving them unresolved WILL resurface and affect you.
