JoJo is 50% parody and 50% 100% serious. It’s a post-ironic masterpiece.

Blame!, Berserk, Akira, Chainsaw Man, Vagabond, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Dorohedoro, Tokyo Ghoul, Aposimz, Gangsta are some obvious ones that come to mind
i’m sure that’s where they hide then entrance to inner earth
they haven’t made anything good in a while anyway. what have they been doing all this time?
I wish they would release cheapish cards with huge cheap VRAM for consumer AI. But I guess even the cheapest memory is too expensive for that.
I’d really love to see what Africa would look like without randomly created colonial superstates. I know Atlas Pro did a video about that, but not sure how accurate that is.
Also what Europe if every people group with a unintelligible dialect had a nation. Like Catalan, Occitan, Romansh, Bavarian etc… Where I live the people in the next village over officially speak the same language, but it’s completely unintelligible. So not a different language for political reasons only really.

En from Dorohedoro, Alucard, Guts, pink hair Dinosaur Girl, Black Hanekawa, Hitagi Senjougahara, Koko Hekmatyar, Saichi Sugimoto, Tokushirou Tsurumi, Asirpa, Saitama, Saya (Blood), Thorkell, are some of the best, but I feel like I am missing the very best
in our hearts we’re all just bros hanging out. some of us might murder more people than others, but like that’s ever mattered!
Right, I’m retarded. I’ve read Gen X or Gen Z every time you wrote Gen Y. I didn’t even know Gen Y existed as a term. My dyslexic bad.
I’ve pretty much blocked everything except this community and a handful of others, that’s why I’m here.
And still I’ve never heard of anyone refer to Gen Z as Millenials, as a Zillenial myself.
I’ve never seen anyone lump Gen X and Gen Y together as (Millenials)
more true than most people think
tfw you got dylsexia and are socially aardvark
thanks, I’ll have a watch
Does anyone know any good comedies? I like actual dedicated comedies, like The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.
I’ve just now noticed that there actually aren’t all that many. If you browse by comedy tags you only find shows that have some jokes and “haha goofy” moments but aren’t really comedies.
You know something that is comedy first and everything else later. Most shows listed as comedy are like 10 different genres before they are a comedy.
Something that actually makes you laugh instead of just producing a smirk.
I hope that makes sense. The less popular the better.
spirited away
that makes sense, I noticed it’s usually way further down on other sites. I think it’s just people who haven’t watched much, not knowing what an actually good show is like.
It’s Shōnen afterall, I used to like bad shows too when I was young and dumb.
I don’t get how Fullmetal consistently ends up one of the highest rated anime. Yeah it’s okay, above average. Kept up a consistant level of quality. But no way is it one of the best.
Just like Kaguya-sama, Demon Slayer or AOT. Makes no sense.
They’re entirely emotionally uninspiring and none of the characters are really even likeable.
I will never get the anime community.
Frieren on the other hand I get. It’s good. I can see why people like it.
this is what rock’n’roll and dungeons&dragons does to you
