Changing the CPU without also needing a new fitting motherboard is not really possible in most cases. (The AM4 socket was a lucky exception…)
Your best bet would be trying to find an used Intel Core i9-9900KF for cheap. But they are still at 200-300€.

Ironically for a Laptop I would rather look for something that feels good in your hands and has a good design and build quality.
Focussing on performance is not ideal for laptops, because you could end up with a loud, overheating thing with a wobbly screen and mushy keyboard. Just check that it has an SSD and >8GB of RAM and you should be good.
How even? Is it a paid midjourney service? All the online stuff I tried only produced garbage.

From looking a bit around 2000x1000 for the banner and 500x500 for the logo seems reasonable.
If course its made up… Even if you don’t hear it, you can still smell it and know that it’s not something appropriate to do at a restaurant or when there are people around.
