Pass wisdom and virtues of humility and patience. Pass down your experience and ability so that the next generation (not just your own children) can build a better world for themselves. Stand as a bastion of emotional calm, while showing that you understand how to deal with your grief and anger in healthy ways. And use the consequences of your past abuses of these virtues to warn the next generation to not do the same.

So, especially with PC games, software is compiled using an IDE/language and runtime environments. That last part is why games stop running on newer versions of windows, and it’s especially why older games can’t just “be ported” to consoles, mac, etc. Once you compile a program, it’s like etching that program into a stone called an executable/extension(DLL). If you want your program to run on anything other than the old compatible hardware using their runtime libraries, you gotta have the OG source code in order to recompile. Blizard North had a liquidation sale way back and the source codes to their projects was in it. They’ve been scrambling to get it all back to make remakes/remasters.

To be clear, free speech does NOT protect from social consequence. Let them speak. Let them be ostracized, ridiculed, and demeaned for their hateful speech. Use your own free speech to ensure there are 10 voices of reason for every “loving” Christofacist telling them exactly what we took our stance for in 1865 and 1944. All humans are equal. All humans deserve life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness and every soapbox is at once a platform and a social noose.

When it’s a spectrum, boxes are just a reasonable grouping for social means. If you’re in a group who has embraced the idea of gender theory, you may make those boxes more granular, but that can be a shock to people that, until fairly recently, had accepted a binary option. In those cases, it may make sense to speak in more broad terms. To be clear, this meme is disingenuous and probably more than a little crass.
