I finally moved off ever having to deal with that a little over a year ago. Companies no longer supported copper and we also finally made the leap to a full cloud solution for VOIP and call center. I always enjoyed it, and it was always funny since I was one of the last to learn the trade and nobody else I worked with knew anything about how this worked.
