Maybe they’re just trying to mimic anger and took “seeing red” way too literally.
Reminds me of Tactical Breach Wizards. Your ‘medic’ in the game is actually a doctor, but she’s also a necromancer, so whenever wounds get too bad, she just straight up shoots the person in the head and then revives them because it’s more consistent for life-threatening injuries.
I believe that’d be English (Venomous), unless there’s something I don’t know about the edibility of Aussies.
If they want weekend work, they can pay weekend prices (overtime) and inform me of such before the weekend starts. Otherwise, they can fuck off ‘til Monday, because I’m not even answering texts off the clock.
Propaganda is a helluva drug, and humanity has never been so exposed to it as we are now, nor has it ever been easier to manufacture propaganda as it is now.
I think most people are actually decent folk who want to help the people in their lives and do genuinely care for their happiness, but the propaganda we consume at nearly every waking moment these days is good at convincing people to forget the humanity of anyone they don’t personally know.
It’s a matter of prejudice, certainly, but I think more than that it’s a matter of perspective, if that makes sense.
Feels more than a stumble to me. It’s not so much that they faltered while still moving forward, it’s that they actively took a step backward. Pride was already an established precedent, devs had worked on pride 2025 already. Hell, some devs even offered to do the dev work for free if it meant they could still do pride, and the answer was still no.
Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely adore OSRS. I have well over 3k hours in the game, but watching this and seeing the price change over the last couple years (two price hikes and removal of the 3-month membership option) feels like watching venture capital hollow out something I love. I do not think things will get better.
Except when they removed the pride event last year in a move that was, ostensibly, to cater to the sensibilities of bigots, at least.
Bitwarden hasn’t steered me wrong yet.
Two days after this the word was EERIE (fucked up), so that’s actually not too much letter repetition.
Young Sheldon (Earth-314)
Pop Culture Detective’s The Adorkable Misogyny of The Big Bang Theory is a good video essay on (at least why I hate) the show.
I have heard Young Sheldon is actually better, but it’s not exactly working from fertile soil, and it sounds like a lot of character growth moments that happen in Young Sheldon are seemingly forgotten by the time the main show rolls around.
Nah, or at least, that wasn’t how it was intended. What I was saying is that the data set (people commenting on this post about their opinions on the matter) is biased by the fact that people who dislike it are much more likely to voice their opinions than those who like it, as dislike is the more socially acceptable position.
I’m not saying that your read of the data is biased. Rather, I’m saying that the data that you’re seeing is itself biased because it’s reliant on voluntary self-reporting; the fetish can be more common than you’d think and underrepresented here at the same time, because they’re not actually mutually exclusive if the sample isn’t a representative cross-section.
A fate worse than death
Nor did I imply that you were.
Tbf if I was into the step sibling shit, then not even Guantanamo could get that info out of me - you take that to the grave lmao. You’re just seeing selection bias imo
Very “1/4 pound burger is larger than a 1/3 pound burger because 4>3” coded.
