Slumlord… This screams “investment property”

If I ever have a tenant (might buy a 2 family and rent one) I plan to treat tenants with respect and decency.

Hire someone to do it right or do it right yourself.

I rent. Got mold in the bathroom. Talk to my landlord and worked a deal to just paint it myself with good quality paint. Took me like 3 hours on a weekend and I got to keep the leftover supplies/tools.

Hopefully i get good tenants and ill treat them like family. Stick around and don’t fuck up my house please.

I’ve seen shops where workers are handling food and then working the register all with the same gloves on.

Then there’s this Korean spot I go to for fried chicken. They process payment and then put on fresh gloves right next to the register. Not making a show of it. Just workflow. Then they go handle/pack food and discard gloves after handing your order over.

Blew my mind.

Yeah I started doing git with bug testing.

Most devs are happy to have someone file a competent bug report with: issue, environment specs, steps to replicate and screenshots/recordings.

I’ve gone back and forth with devs testing things like game mods and android FOSS apps.

There are only so many stories that make me feel satisfied.

This is one of the reasons I enjoy reading Solo Leveling. It’s not a groundbreaking story at all. But its a clean and short read.

I’ve started to get more into LNs since you get all the world building thats cut out in adaptations.

My Wife is a Demon Queen was interesting to me since the MC is sort of powerless, but with the power of creativity and drawing he’s strong. I like crafty sort of stuff with creation as a driving force. Legendary Mechanic is on my to do list.

Look into Overgeared. The LN is crazy long and its a slow build up but the author warns you that the MC is a piece of crap that evolves as the story goes on. It really started to get good about 200 chapters in. The story got picked up for Manwha adaptation. They did a decent job with it!

Don’t forget console commands to work around a bug in a quest. Or summon items. Or respawn accidentally killed NPCs.

Truly NSFL material right there…
