Man, forget about culture, this thing’s got a straight up society in there.
I’d say that’s a lot of citrus for such small slices, but with that amount of pith it balances out.

Translation:

This year, the 8th and 9th of May are both holidays. It is common in France for public offices to do long weekends for these holidays, so this office chose to be closed on the 10th and 11th.
This sign is nothing out of the ordinary, but the wording does make it a bit funny.

You can bathe chickens, but only when really needed. And even then, you don’t need to dunk the whole bird, you can just clean the area that needs it, that way they don’t have to repreen their whole body.
That said, this could also be a cold bath for treating an overheating chicken.
But in general, yes, chicken don’t need water baths.
