Try joining a group/club or participate in an event of something that you like such as art, sports, etc. Socialize with the people there and eventually you may get in a relationship with someone. I have many relatives who met each other this way so it seems it works. Also one plus of this method is that you know you both have a shared interest.

The issue is that Canada lets in too many useless rich people which raises the prices of stuff while adding nothing of value. Having a bunch of lower class people move in would lower the prices of things and they would actually be doing useful things, such as building houses.

These are knee highs but if you are tall they will be mid-calf highs (which they are for me). I don’t think they have trans socks in other sizes as far as I am aware, however they do feel high quality.
