I decided after a rewatch of the anime that I should give the manga a try. The original manga is really good, and to some extent tokyo ghoul:re. My only problem with re is that nobody dies permanently and that I dont care about the investigators perspective at all. It also gets kinda convoluted in the last half, hard to follow.
