I think it’s quite common as well, but I’ve decided if therapy is available, I want my energy back.

Yes, andropause is the medical term - where some men develop depression, loss of sex drive, erectile dysfunction and other physical and emotional symptoms - some doctors don’t treat soon enough when they should and tend to medically gaslight their patients which means they’re not being heard or validated, I hope this is a space where they can do that

thank you for fixing that! Men and women are welcome to post your questions or if you just want to rant about your health issues! We’re a welcoming community with no judgement!

Yes sir, that’s what I figured. You sound very educated on an acceptable nutrition plan and one that’s not. This community needs voices like yours, feel free to post here whenever you want. You’re perspective will never be downvoted by me, even if we do not always have the same views! Welcome to the community!

I also cycle high protein low card and I do intermittent fasting 1 to 2 times a week, that helps as well. Nice! Oddly enough, I’ve seen some vegans who don’t look very healthy. It’s a common misconception that all vegan food is healthy. Most of it is healthy, but some can get you in a lot of trouble.

I hope this get’s upvoted to the heavens! You spoke nothing but facts. Nutrition plays such a huge part. I’ve said it before and I’ll said it here: If you can’t pronounced it, you shouldn’t put it in your mouth. You nailed it. What’s the best nutrition plan you think people should adopt, Mediterranean, high protein low carb, keto, vegan? What nutrition plan or lifestyle are you on? You sound like you’re on a specific lifestyle that works for you.

hmm, interesting. How are men letting themselves have those issues? What would you consider to be a bad lifestlye? Not working out, too much beer and bratwurst? I’m not a man so I have no idea!

Interesting. Andropause is different in several way compared to menopause for women but it’s the same, it several ways in terms of how you feel and lack of energy etc.
