Similarly to this, does anyone else remembers the old “concept” art blogs? They were focused on mechanical designs instead of fantasy themes, but they served a similar and excellent source of inspiration. There were blogs for robots, ships, vehicles, tanks… I miss them a lot. The last post on conceptrobots was in 2019.
4·1 year agoHow dare G-Witch make me cry TWICE in the same episode. Felsi the GOAT saved us from one untimely death, but the other one is uncertain until next week. The Schwarzette was actually pretty cool in actual combat, when that big sword separated into an asymetric wing. I still can’t decide which Gundam I want a kit of, but I know I still want them to announce a Prodoros kit.
I’ve gotten to the habit of Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C my comments right before hitting Reply, just in case that happens. Luckily, it’s been happening less and less, at least on desktop browser. Hopefully Jerboa gets to that point soon, too.
Has anyone recommended Gundam yet? No? Good, I’m recommending Gundam.
Now, the whole thing might confuse you, and there are a ton of separate Gundam shows each one in it’s own continuity. So, to make things simple, I’m going to just suggest two of them. The currently airing Gundam: Witch From Mercury, and the classic that started everything, Mobile Suit Gundam.
The 3 compilation movies of the classic Gundam are on the Gundam.info Youtube channel for free right now, by the way! There’s several other shows in that channel and you might even be able to watch G-Witch depending on your location.
