That’s close to my point. The subculture is so small there will be far more non-furries spreading the memes than actual furries. They started within the group though. A guy wearing his suit to work on Halloween then talking about it on social media is what started this particular one about them running the internet.

The whole meme about them running the Internet is their own in joke too. Seems similar to when conservatives claim to be a silent majority.

My favorite are the couple openly trans people who consistently simp for regimes that would gladly disappear them.
