It is apparently not very good, according to the angry video game nerd, and it was published by LJN so I am inclined to believe its trash.
But a [quirky Earthbound inspired] indie JRPG thats woke about going back in time sounds like fun
It’s from Indiana, so honestly 50/50 either way.
How do I delete someone else’s comment
oh nice, yeah the original textures are just bump maps, I plugged them into the normal map node and it looked good enough so I just went with it, but I’ve heard about how bump maps =/= normal maps and it can cause problems, so that might be a nice addon for this kind of stuff
Yeah Halo CE comes from the wonderful era where bump mapping was new and a free way to add detail without adding polys, has a beautiful technical aesthetic, kinda like Half-Life 2
ATOM RPG like other users said. A very faithful (sometimes too faithful tbh imo) spiritual successor to Fallout 1/2 except set in the USSR. I highly recommend it if you are into Fallout style CRPGs. As in, you can recruit followers but you don’t directly control them in combat, charisma/speech can have a huge impact on how some conflicts are solved, you get Action Points to use every turn, overworld traveling with random encounters, cultural references and silly bits even to a detriment (just like Fallout!), etc.
It’s the closest thing to a Fallout remake but in 3d and some (only some) modernizations.

Theoretically, amendments could be passed to alter the Constitution into anything, if they have support from enough states. Then again, if (theoretically) enough people support a radical change that is prevented because of the outsized influence of some states, how is that democratic?
