I mean I was apolitical for most of my life, honestly. Barely followed news at all. It’s just depressing.

Telegram almost exclusively. I love thé sheer number of features it offers and pay for Premium.

And it’s very valid. We want to hear your progress, but also want to hear your pain points. A lot of us are sympathetic to you being a very small team that manages a now popular instance. We appreciate you moderating and communicating.

What do you follow for cat videos?

I miss r/Coffee and r/TaylorSwift. Maybe I’ll start them and moderate.

I feel like a lot of us Redditors are sympathetic to the smaller-scale management (if you can call it that) on Lemmy instances. The admins have surely had a rough week having to deal with the influx. It really just needs to work, which it does very well. Just know that you’re doing great–and getting a bunch of requests just means we’re enthusiastic :)
