It sounds kind of juvenile, but the most concise description I can think of is “a somewhat less radical chad centrist.”

Just to provide some examples:

• On the left, I support labor reform and vigorously enforced anti-trust (as in, smash all the megacorporations.)
• On the right, I do not support abortion except for medical reasons. I also think we need stronger immigration control - people should still be able to come in, but it must be controlled and orderly.
• I do lean more authoritarian overall. Taxes are a necessary evil. Sensible rules, regulations and expectations are necessary to keep society together.

Needless to say, I don’t subscribe to the really far-out viewpoints. I’m not a Nazi or a tankie.

Totodile. Elementary school me picked him at random when I played HeartGold (still hadn’t wrapped my head around the whole touchscreen thing IIRC) and I loved the little guy.

Shapeshifting. Lots of applications! Just off the top of my head:

• Need to get somewhere? Just become something small and stow away on a jumbo jet. (Or become a bird and fly there yourself!)
• Need some extra strength or flexibility? Just turn up your muscles or stretch out your limbs.
• Find yourself in a dangerous situation/environment? You can adapt on-the-fly.
• Disguise yourself as someone with power to fix things (or wreak havoc, depending.)

Obviously there are Questions™ involving how this would interact with conservation laws, but we can just handwave those.

Here in the US, tap water is safe to drink, but its “hardness” (that is, mineral content) can vary even between adjacent municipalities. Harder tap might taste “bad” or “off,” especially if you’re not used to it, but it’s actually healthier because of all the magnesium/calcium/whatever.

A lot of people use filtration devices (such as Brita pitchers) to improve the taste, but I don’t know anyone who would refuse to drink tap.
