Have you tried putting furniture with written instructions together? IKEA is a million times easier because they show you right in the pictures what you gotta do, instead of trying to explain it in words.

There are some game engines where you can make a game without needing to write code, you can do the programming with ‘blocks’. Some smalltime devs are actually making impressive games this way.

Some options are Game Maker Studio, GDevelop or Buildbox.

Btw, just make some 2D games to start. You can do 3D once you have some experience, but 2D is easier for beginners.

In the beginning you can just follow the tutorials, and after a while you will know enough to make your own game.
