Use an usbA to UsbC adapter, then you can plug in any old usb keyboard, not practical if you’re planning to bring it with you but i think it’s neat that it just works
Can also add a mouse, or use an usb hub to have both mouse and keyboard

Based on this old stackexchange post it was apparently possible but not trivial, it might be easier to do now but i couldn’t find anything more recent
