Things will work for the most part, but be slow and have many pain points for a little while. ARM support isnt 100% across the board yet, and development in this direction is going to take a while given ARM conversion took a few years with major vendors switching over. Too bad I needed null modem AND m-m gender changer because the usb serial adapter was male, equipment was female, and the null modem was f-f. Hacked something together in each possible config but couldnt get much more than random bytes during the initial hotplug. I the made sure baud etc matched. Might try later with a different serial adapter

Also the dang usb port needs a custom driver
