My mom saw the NDT clip where he says God is just a receding pocket of unknowns (I’m paraphrasing the hell out of it because I can’t remember the actual wording).

I think part of her realizes that he is right because while she kinda hates all non-fundie people, she really REALLY doesn’t like him. I’m guessing because she sees that line of thought as a big threat.

But if I ever get into it with her, I will make absolutely sure to bring that idea in to it, just to watch her squirm.

They shouldn’t be allowed to even ask.

It shouldn’t be a choice that humans are free to be showed to make. It should be prevented in every possible way.
