I’m sorry you’re going through that. I hope things get better for you soon
I’m not a woman, but I am a minority living in a racist part of the USA, and I kinda know what you’re talking about. It’s really hard. I sometimes feel crazy because people don’t believe me.
I constantly have to play this game of, “are they being rude, do they not like me, or are they being racist?” I feel gaslighted all the time. I feel lesser and it’s tiring having to be who I am. Even people who think they are being kind are assholes. Telling me that I’m “not like the others” is such an insult to my people. “The others” are my friends and family. They are not “others” they are people to me.
I am sorry you are going through this. Your voice matters and is valid
Edit: Sorry for attaching my venting to yours. Pretty selfish of me now looking back
I’m still waiting for an SBC Gaming/handheld community and more fashion communities.
I would start them myself but ive been super busy recently :(
Ahh that’s a fair. I don’t really have that issue but I use computer glasses with a blue light filter and when my eyes are feeling sensitive I usually just put some eye drops in. That happens regardless of if I’m using a computer or not though
I believe physical books are better than e books.
However, physical work documents are not better than PDFs! Why the hell do boomers print so damn much?
Also considering getting another pair of shoes to cycle through. Wearing the same shoes daily can create humidity and mold which is not good for your feet’s health.
Giving them 24hrs to dry before you use them again is best. I’ve been using the Nike Pegasus that i bought for like $70 at an outlet store near me and I really like them.
It’s probably Minecraft even though it doesn’t track the hours
I’ve played it since Minecraft pocket edition on my iPod 4 before the world generation was infinite lol. This was back in like 2011-2012 probably
I kinda agree and disagree with this POV. I think it’s more of a cultural issue and not a legal one. At least in the US, people think it’s trendy to buy a big truck, but as someone who worked in a blue collar field for years, a lot of these people that drive trucks do it because they need it for their jobs. Trust me, most of these people don’t like spending thousands on repairs and $100+/weekly. for gas
Not sure what the solution would be, but I don’t think banning them would be it. I think it would mostly affect the blue collar worker and not the people who are actually the problem.
Also, I used to drive one of those big ass trucks for work, and I can assure you that visibility is not an issue. They are tall, open, have huge mirrors, and have seats that are high up. I could see a lot more and a lot better than in my current sedan.
