Nor does it take into account that people’s views can change, and an outright ban simply for being part of the community only isolates them from the less batshit communities that may help them actually move away from it.

I’m living in North West Wales, by Eryri/Snowdonia. Moved here recently having previously been living in various major cities for work in England. Work is still there, but due to Covid we’ve pretty much moved fully remote, meaning I can live next to mountains instead of motorways!

Lots of history here as well as lots of outdoorsy things to do, which is lovely. Though bit of a challenge learning the Welsh language as that is most people’s first language here.
