“Sieg” is still a German word, it means “victory”.
It’s used totally normally around sports and competitions and wherever you would use the word victory.

It’s slang grammar. The family are getting the notifications.
The “not” just shows that it is embarrassing for oop (see also the crying emoji).
Imagine oop covering their face with their hands and saying “oh no! Not this! Not my family getting these notifications!”
It wasn’t meant as a police investigation, I just wanted to tell you how good it was if it were yours.

Our village baker retired and there was no one to pick up the mantle. Now there is a block of flats where once was the bakery.
