About a GTX 1060, though that CPU will hold it back at times. I suppose it makes sense to have GPU headroom, rather than CPU headroom, however.

What are you planning to do with this system? That CPU is quite weak. If you could find a 1060 or something to throw in there it would be ok for some light gaming.
