Quick read, and a nice wholesome story about someone who’s life got upended and a old friend / love interest helps her come back.

Real critique: too much time skips, too little character development. There is no real-life conflict, everything just goes perfectly as planned. Also, a little savior-y: this girl goes through something that messes her up and she goes full hermit mode, until her childhood friend comes along, and suddenly she is just able to drop all that baggage? I liked the art mostly (tho not a fan of the mammoth boobs on the female character).

Yeah, it’s nothing deep. Just a nice bit of fluff (mostly).

      Also, a little savior-y.

I see what you mean, though I don’t think it was that bad. He wasn’t the typical saviour you see in a lot of these types of manga. She needed an anchor in her life and someone who was just there with her. He didn’t save her from the clutches of her trauma. She herself did. He was just there for her as her best friend from her childhood, allowing her to work through it herself. That’s my interpretation of it anyway.

Fair haha. That’s pretty common for a lot of his female characters though. I do recommend his other stuff. Especially Musuko ga Kawaikute Shikataganai Mazoku no Hahaoya
