Would just need to change the router password if that’s feasible. https://www.wikihow.com/Block-Unwanted-Site-From-Your-Router Or, grab a raspberry pi and install Pihole, then change the router to point to that DNS server. You can block websites that way and put the Raspberry Pi where your dad can’t find it. He’ll have no idea why he can’t get to those sites.
