Like basically everything, the work you do in preparation informs the final result. That perfectly painted house needed a day or two of cleaning and tape, and a washboard stomach needs months or years of exersize and proper diet.
I don’t think my comment conveyed what I was intending. The post doesn’t seem to be about the abs but rather the outrage caused by the picture. “The revolution” is probably referring to pissing off people who think a woman having a six pack is indicative of the downfall of Western civilization. “The easy part” the OP is talking about is that all they had to do was post this picture. I’m not saying getting to this level of fitness is easy (I know, I’ve been trying) but it seems like people are misunderstanding the post.
And, if you want a lot of definition, dehydration. People seem to forget that part. There is a reason body builds have an off season for bulking and and an season for getting lean.
Getting abs like that is many things, easy isn’t one of them. Takes a lot of work both in the gym and in the kitchen.
The easy part is posting the picture.
