Seriously though arms suck, you don’t need testosterone to feel awesome about your legs. Your entire day just gets breezy and it feels like someone turned down gravity.
Leg day is best day, arm day is like “ugh, maybe in another 3 months I’ll be able to lift 5 kg more ;_;”
The only thing that makes sense to me after reading your comment is genetics. Chest day and they feel sore, but awesome. Day or two after leg day and walking down stairs is scary.

I’ve always assumed the issue is that I don’t need my chest and arms to walk around around all day. If they’re sore, I’m not constantly reminded :P
