      I said, “It’s okay for them to exist, they just need to stop doing bad things”.

      That could mean, “it’s okay for capitalist countries to exist, they just need to stop doing bad things”, as easily as it could mean, “it’s okay for communist countries to exist, they just need to stop doing bad things”.
