I just binged it for the first time recently.
It fell flat for me when Michael left. The Office without Michael sort of feels like Scrubs without J.D. or Turk, it just doesn’t work as well. I still enjoyed the rest but it got noticeable weaker.
Do the constant camera panning and characters looking angry at each other add anything of value to you?
I can’t believe they wasted 7 episodes doing the same trope as in season 1 again.
I really hope there is a turning point coming up because this season has been severely lacking so far.

I liked most of the season but except episode 1 they were very poor episodes in the Black Mirror context.
Not sure why they are doing this with Black Mirror. They were decent short stories but most of them had nothing to do with technology.

It would certainly be possible to add a whitelist to these shows and only post episode dicussions on demand in the beginning.
I think it makes more sense to add support for Lemmy to the existing /r/anime bot.
It is a perfect match in functionality after all.
Have to disagree with that, the only thing worse than posts without comments are no posts at all. Especially since the bot also provides info about the show like where it’s streaming and past episode discussions.
I would prefer a few initial empty posts for shows that nobody watches (yet) than none at all, it is a sign that something is going on.
Same, I also pretty much only went there for the episode discussions.
While true, a lot of people are afraid of creating new posts so there might be shows for which there are no discussion threads because nobody wanted to be the first one.
Having an existing thread for each episode helps with that.
You can always come back after binging and look at what people thought back then.
At least that’s what I did when I binged a show after it aired and there was an interesting episode.

Depends, on Reddit it is one post per episode of every anime for a season but population is a lot higher there so it blends in quite nicely.
I don’t think a weekly thread makes sense for this because you will be scrolling past spoilers for episodes and shows you didn’t even watch yet.
