To some extent, yeah. It feels like a more tight-nit community here.
It’s pretty shitty how those loud people have ruined something that used to be awesome.

Torrents and usenet would be the obvious choices. Can’t go wrong with either option, although a combined approach would be best.
I think it makes sense. They know people who are going to watch it will already do so, which means there’s no need for formalities like trailers. Studio Ghibli fans will know it’ll be good, and they’ll watch it. It makes sense to me.
They are trying to squeeze as much money out of their platforms as possible, regardless of the fact that it’s at the expense of users and will downgrade users experiences.
