I’d buy a house. Normally that’s takes a lot of time but as long as I hand off the money to the realtor I should be good. I don’t actually want a million dollar house, and definitely don’t want to pay the property taxes in it. But I can resell it later and keep the money this time.

That Acen cd was cool for testing subs out back in the 90s before I got into pro-audio. Back in the 90s when I was still a broke-add dj wannabe I had the balls to call a local label rep. Can’t remember what I said but he was cool enough to send me some cd’s for a few months, and this Acen was one of them. When everyone was freaking about about how great Daft Punk was with Samples on their Homework album, I was all like “Hello? Utah Saints anyone? Paul’s Boutique?” I loved all of it, but I felt like I was the only person who’d heard of any of it.

I’d suggest mixing small chunks into the meatballs themselves rather than just adding to the sauce.
One of the reasons pineapple works on pizza (for those that like it) is the high heat of the oven toasting the pineapple. You won’t get that same effect by adding it to a sauce. Adding it to your homemade meatballs means it can get seared in the frying pan when you precook them.
Or you could sear some pineapple slices before adding to the sauce.
