The expression should be “at 14”, instead of “with 14”. “With 14”, would be used for example as “I lost my virginity with 14 cucumbers” or “With 14 dildos” or “With 14 classmates, in the biggest orgy of the year at my Uni”. That’s what their joke was implying.
