What?! Wisconsin, the “Alabama of the north”, has the same acceptance rate as Cali? I did not expect that.
I thought Cali would be higher given their reputation, but I’m also not that surprised.

There are a LOT of rednecks here out in the boonies. In the big cities the rate is higher, as with most places.
