Pinch and roll is a favourite. I also love the stretch and flick.
If all of human experience was laid out a long a spectrum from absolute misery to overwhelming bliss, ball scratching starts as a high virtually unparalleled by anything else which then devolves into a pale misery. Scratching brings joy for a brief moment. Pinch roll? It’s too utilitarian to find happiness.
Yeah this is one of those situations where moderation is key. I’d much rather do a little of the “feels good but bad for you” thing than none of it

You’ve never scratched your balls??? That seems literally impossible. The scrotum is highly vascular and constantly changing temperatures and environments. It is impossible in my mind that yours have never itched and that you have never relieved that itch in the natural way, BS.
I do that occasionally when it gets real bad, but I usually try to avoid it, cuz when I do it, it hurts more then it relieves itches.
Just lean in to it, smack em around, beat them with nettles, show them youre the boss of the itch. Im not in to CBT, you are!

It’s only the most enjoyable experience because itchy balls are the most unpleasant experience. By wishing someone get balls to experience the pleasure of scratching them, you’re inadvertently also wishing they experience the worst feeling known to man: itchy balls.
