My FIL has a story about a professor who called IT because their printer “wasn’t connecting to the wifi” when in fact it was out of paper. They for some reason thought the paper tray refilled itself
It does, it displays a message for one of its minions which will then refill the tray. It’s a very good system.
I think I might know a couple of those professors.
can’t happen here… our current printer (an older, higher-end canon) has a whopping 50 page capacity input tray; and if you dare put 50 sheets in it, it’ll choke on the first page it tries to pull through–so more like 35-40, max.
The standard paper ream is 500 sheets. It should be illegal or make a tray smaller than that.
“PC unload letter”
WTF does that mean???
Damn it feels good to be a gangster 🖨🦇
