I know I’ll get hate for this, but what does “rule” mean in this context? I tried looking it up and can’t find anything cogent.
196 has historically required you to post something whenever you visited it, and people had a habit of naming their posts with something containing “rule” if they were posting with the goal of following the rule.
1 rule, you have to post something on here. That’s all. So people add rule in the title, sometimes In a funny way.
