A motor is a much more complicated device than just a sensor, and it doesn’t fix if there’s anything blocking the door. …and the sensor might just be the temperature sensor itself checking if the temperature is too high for too long.

Like, sure, there are ways, but there are no perfect solutions here. A simple sensor that beeps is the best one, imo.
