Judging from the marks on the plan, yes. But one nail for the two beams isn’t going to make the cross all to stable… I’d recommend to use 2 nails there and nail both feet together with one nail instead of nailing them separately (I don’t have experience tho)
Except the joke is that the kit came only with four nails instead of five as listed, so they had to improvise.
