i can personally recommend: letting it melt under the tongue (i think it helps if you powder it first), then drinking a large glass of water. much easier to process for the body that way. everything in your body uses water as a solvent, you do not want to run out of that!
I saw a study somewhere about this, something like it will create a larger spike at first but a shorter halflife . Since it’s a daily pill, it won’t make much difference. Maybe protect your liver more.
That is accurate, but it also has higher bioavailability when taken sublingually so you get more estrogen for the same number of pills. Its easier on the liver that way, but it requires you to take it multiple times per day.
I take mine every 12 hours now. I did every 8 hours when I was on a dose that was divisible by three. The spikes haven’t been an issue for me. Biology works in averages.
Yeah it doesn’t actually matter which way you take it, just that it is consistent. Won’t actually help your liver more either way since the stuff that can harm your liver is actually one of metabolites of the medication made when your liver turns it into usable estrogen not the medication itself.
People worried about their liver should be doing patches or injections if possible.
NO!
You’re supposed to let the pill melt under your tongue, not wash it down with a glass of water.

I go to sleep with it under my tongue, which seems to work pretty well.
I also have a daily siesta so that lets me dose every 12-ish hours.

Yeah, it’s for liver health, but also that rollercoaster effect can be mitigated by taking a smaller sublingual dose multiple times a day.
