    My suggestion is to just drop the phone*, like, really just do it

    *or any other device u using (You should also not use it for at least 1 hour before going to bed, same for any screen and other strong lights in general)

        echoing the other comment about meditation (and 4-7-8 breathing to calm yourself down); but in the interim, if you really must keep scrolling, you can put something like twilight on your phone and have it red-tint and darken your screen, which also helps a lot

        You can let it play music or sth and set sleep timer for it to turn off. The important part is no screen, I think

        “not” Jessica is right but if you can’t manage that, something that works great for me is audio dramas!

        more immersive than a podcast so it can hold my attention.

        my favorite is Midnight Burger!

        highly recommend going in blind starting with episode one :)

        The “sensible” answer is meditation, as you can reliably get your brain to shut up if you practice enough. On the other hand, it’s a hard habit to build if you have the very challenges it helps with. I know I certainly struggle with it
