    listen, I know. I’m aware of ML progress, likely more than… most peeps on 196. and I agree, I used deepseek to deploy my game server on my raspi in a way that makes it easy for me to manage and add stuff, its good. models helped me multiple times out of a “GNOME is dead after an update, plz make it work again” scenario from the tty via opencode, and I know that these are the low end of the spectrum in terms of capability.

    The post was meant to be more about the most common usecase of LMs: companionship.

    EDIT: also I have web_search tools aswell so like— yeah…
