So you still can’t explain what the actual difference is, you just keep saying there is one. End of discussion I guess.
OP stated the difference clearly. I just quoted to you exactly where they said the difference. The definition is essentially the same but they are used and associated in different ways. I do not understand how you are confused or what further explanation you need here.
